Ta'ameya - Egyptian Falafel Platter

Scratch made Egyptian style falafel made with split fava beans, leeks, onions, garlic and tons of fresh herbs and spices. Fried to perfection and served with Tahini sauce, Egyptian style Baladi salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and parsley), Torshy (Egyptian style pickles) and 2 pitas (6 inch rounds).
