Our family recipe — tender grape leaves hand-rolled one by one and stuffed with herbed rice, tomatoes, and a whisper of spice. It’s slow work (about 60 tiny rolls per pot) but worth every minute — rich, lemony, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. A true Sofret Zozo classic.
